i have a 91 hatchback Si and i have some questions about engine swaps. it qould really help me out. thanks.

-how much will it cost for a b18c(GSR) swap?
-any places in the bay area where they do "frakenstein" (LS/VTEC) swaps and how much will that cost?
-will a LS/VTEC fit into my hatch?
-what will i need to put a b18c into my car and will there be any problems i should be warned about?
-is it a good choice to do a H22A swap? if yes, why? if no, why?
-how much would a h22a swap cost and what will i need?

Too much (unless you buy mine), quite a bit - mostly in building the engine and figuring out if you need internals to make it work???, Boost a Prelude VTEC cause you won't find it in a junkyard - and then get to know Place Racing workers by name after rigning up $60.00 in long distance charges - cause nobody else has jack for this swap.

Nobody is gonna tell you how to do three swaps.
